1. General Principle (No Refunds) 1.1 Due to the digital and intangible nature of our products, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in Section 2. 1.2 By completing a purchase, You expressly acknowledge, agree, and consent to the immediate delivery of digital goods/services and waive any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund to the maximum extent permitted by law. 1.3 Once a product key, account credential, license, e-book, or access link has been generated, delivered, or displayed to You, the service is deemed fully executed, and no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

2. Product-Specific Refund Terms 2.1 Standard Products: Unless a product page or description explicitly and clearly states that a specific refund policy or warranty applies to that individual product, it is covered by our default No-Refund Policy. 2.2 Products with Stated Warranty/Refund: If a product description explicitly grants a specific warranty or refund option:

• The refund/warranty applies strictly and exclusively under the exact conditions and timeframes listed on that specific product's page.
• You must provide valid, unedited video or screenshot proof of any defect within the exact designated timeframe specified in the product description.
• Failure to follow the exact instructions or submit full proof within the specified timeframe voids any right to a refund, exchange, or store credit.

3. Accounts, E-Books, and Digital Licenses 3.1 Digital accounts and credentials are sold "as is." Any issue with an account must be reported within 15 minutes of purchase, provided the product page offers a warranty. After 15 minutes, or if no warranty is stated on the product page, no complaints or refunds will be considered. 3.2 E-books, guides, and downloadable software/licenses are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances once accessed, downloaded, or delivered. 3.3 Change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of technical skills, computer incompatibility, or third-party game/service updates breaking product functionality do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Fraud 4.1 Any attempt to open a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim through payment processors (including PayPal, stripe, credit card issuers, or banks) without prior written approval from the Owners will be treated as fraudulent activity. 4.2 Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in:

• Immediate and permanent termination of all Your accounts and licenses.
• Permanent blacklisting of Your IP address, payment details, email, Discord ID, and hardware fingerprints across our network.
• Submission of Your data and transaction logs to payment providers, anti-fraud databases, and collections/legal entities. 4.3 The decision of the Owners regarding any refund eligibility, complaint, or dispute is final, conclusive, and binding.

5.
